PeopleExpress allowed me to keep a long distance relationship going when my girlfriend was in Washington and I was in Boston. Must have worked, now been married almost 25 years, so it has a fond spot in our hearts.

Some random recollections:

- Used to love buying the brownies on board
- Sunday afternoons in Newark were like a college reunion - I used to run into old friends all the time who were doing the same thing I was doing
- It seemed like every flight to Washington originated in Burlington, and it was always snowing in Burlington
- I used to like the hot dogs in Newark

Also used to fly New York Air in the early 1980s - first time I ever heard the term "nosh."
