That is extremely unlikely as BA don't upgrade people by two cabins, and as the original fare basis is/was WT an upgrade to CW would be two cabins. Those who've purchased upgrades would almost certainly be dealt with in the same way as a WT passenger.
You cannot purchase an upgrade to WT+ then purchase a further upgrade to CW.
If any Op-Ups were needed they'd take Golds, Silvers and Blues who'd originally paid for the WT+ cabin, then any non BAEC members who'd originally paid for that cabin. By the time those people had been moved CW would likely be overfull anyway.
MIA flights are mainly full in CW at present anyway.
