Seraphina - honestly we cannot get this one right. To me you are a passenger but the emphasis is on Customer as in Service. That is what I do in training - I try to instill the "We are here because they are here" if they stop coming we can hang up our wings mentality. I think that you can see that BA staff who post here think alike. That is why they hired us and why we are still there.
Of course I am there primarily for your safety........
