Right now Lan is flying to Tumbes once or twice a day and to Piura 4-5 times a day.
It looks like flying into Tumbes is $50 CAD more and since there is only 1 flight I'm going to lose 6 hours. I should probably stick to Piura.
It's hard to find reviews on hotels in Mancora. It seems like people only stay in hostels.
