I'm constantly amazed at the posts on FT that are enough of a concern to the poster that he/she takes the time to get online and make a complaint, yet they never brought the issue to the attention of management at the property to give the property the opportunity to correct.

Perhaps you will find a chain of properties with robotic personnel so you can deal with them through a kiosk.
