Heathrow Airport has/had a photographer on staff I believe. I'm sure press agencies/newspapers can get their mits on those pictures as that would be the point of having someone airside. As said, boarding from the tarmac is common enough and if this guy got VIP treatment, he may have been brought direct to the plane rather than have to queue at the airbridge with the masses.
