we similiarly sent in about 250,000 miles- we used address labels- First we opened the boxes and removed the bags ( they are all in plastic bags within the boxes) used a razor blade to cut the coupons out- we had a system- our 2 kids helped- one opened- my husband and I cut- one restuffed the boxes-- Several charities would not accept the open boxes- but we found a soup kitchen who came picked them up and did not care about the coupons missing-- on the other side once the coupons were cut -- one person put the labels on and someone else copied and batched- It was a TEAM effort- but kids are very helpful when they know that they are doing it to help less fortunate people and that there will be a vacation at the end of it.
