Welcome to AA.COM stupidity.

On several occaisions I have Emailed AA.COM using the sites EMail "contact us" info. On every occaision, when I try to reply back, I get a message:

Can you believe that AA.COM's AAdvantage Customer Service is listed on its own website as "User Unknown" ? ? ? ?
