On the 320, the only good seats will be the first row of ET behind the curtain, either the A or C seats, but beware of being seatshifted to the back in case the curtain moves backwards. All the other seats are much of a muchness, but avoid rows 9 and 10, the emergency exit rows as these seats don't recline. There used to be near riots on board the DME flights when CE passengers paying up to £2000 ended up in these rows, with no place to put their carry-on and a non-reclining seat.
On the 767, you need 27AB or 27JK as there is oodles of legroom by door 3. Alternatively 12AB or 12JK but there is a bulkhead in front of you, so not loads of legroom, but at least noone in front of you.
