The vapor test strips are used pretty often. The other paper test strips, for the etd machine, are used all the time.

In the old days, when a computer company promised software it couldn't deliver, we called it vaporware. I think that is an apt description for TSA contributions to airline security. Just my opinion of course. And the millions world wide who appear to agree with it.
