In this case, they think I can connect from puddle jumper land at DTW to a real plane and they've only given me 20 minutes to do it ....
and of course E mail messages informing the customer of these changes continue to prove themselves unreliable or maybe not existent is a better word.
Why am I not surprised?

I had the same thing happen to me, it took about 12 minutes to get it resolved calling (even during the ATL cluster).
