For some reason, the interior photo reminds me a bit of the newer - court - area of the British Museum.
And while I've read that it's a bit out of the way from the middle of things, but near the Liverpool station, seeing that "It's located right next to Liverpool Station on the Central Line," cancels out the out-of-the-way issue. Steps to the Central Line means it's close enough to everything in London for me. But I appreciate reviewers' wish to limit expectations in this regard.
