I'm in the same boat...MED cruise on May 15th, and looking from CLE area.
Looking at doing the BA cc deal for some help, continually checking fares on Kayak/Orbitz/etc, and signed up for airfare watchdog alerts for a few different US departure points.
Have been trying to figure out the Euro highspeed train system to in case we fly into another city. Did not think of checking for cheap Euro flights. That could be a problem because the girlfriend can not pack light for a short trip, let alone a 11 day cruise. I can't wait to try some of the packing methods I have learned here.
jv...trick thread makes no sense to me. I played around with some stuff in there the other night and it was futile. Is it basically just adding various stops in the middle of origin/destination to see how price fluctuates?
