Cancelled flight compensation
I was booked on UA flight 395 from ORD to SAN on Feb 12. Due to a mechanical issue, it was cancelled 4 hours after boarding. I've now been waiting in line for over an hour at the CS counter at gate C18. They just have a few reps working and a line that goes on forever. Not sure why they don't just open additional lines. What should I expect in compensation? If it helps, I'm *A gold.
