Sorry no one responded to you. I hope it's not too late. You should check in with the airline actually flying the flight. They will print out boarding passes for all your flights, but my experience is that (in this case) UA
may print you out another when you arrive at the UA gate for your flight to ORD. You will arrive at the inter-island terminal in HNL (from (OGG). There is a shuttle to the main terminal (or you can walk it in 15 minutes or so). There are signs and maps posted about the terminal.
