CX has Krug, yes, but also Beringer Stone Cellars. My money is on Krug being served in F and Beringer Stone Cellars in J.
Yep, no airline (in their right mind) serves Krug or Dom in J and most international carriers aren't exactly miles ahead of US carriers. Here are the Champagne selections of various carriers I have flown on in J in the last two months:

AA: Pommery Brut

NZ: Piper Heidsieck Cuvee Brut; NZ Sparkling Wine

AY: Joseph Perrier Cuvee ROyale Brut Vintage

LX: Brut Mosaique Jacquart Reims

BA: Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve

SQ: Charles Heidsieck

CX: Billecart-Salmon Brut (this was on a regional Asia flight)

QR: Laurent-Perrier Brut Millesime

Only EK has a selection that is slightly above: Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial
