There is something so BRITISH about proper elocution... and you only really get it on BA.... not bmi or any of the other British airlines.
It is very reassuring... all stiff upper lip and like the descendents of Spitfire pilots. I particularly like to hear it when I have been working in some dodgy part of the world and I walk into a BA plane and can relax... knowing I am back in old blighty!
