Well, on my two latest BA flights, we were apparently all "guys". Not as far as the PA announcements were concerned, but when disembarking the CSD(who has appeared on the UD exactly once in 11 hours, to hand out landing cards) expressed his gratitude by saying "thanks guys!". On the connecting shorthaul, the purser walked down the aisle, asking "Caesar salad, guys?", followed by a colleague who actually addressed the passengers individually: "Would you like a drink from the bar, sir?". Not much later, the process was repeated: "Coffee, guys?", followed by "Would you like a cup of tea, sir?" The incongruity of it all was rather amusing.
