I have noticed that UA and AA seem to have given up on matching Jet Blue and Virgin America and have allowed their fares to drift upward for March and April (at least) while Jet Blue and Virgin America remain down in the low $200+ range.
On BOS-SFO, about a month out, I was actually noticing that AA had the lowest fares (mid-$200s), with B6 and VX not too much higher, and UA about $100 more. Once it hit the 21-day out mark, everyone jacked their prices up to at least the mid-$300s, except for UA, which was still about $100 more.
