I have a long morning layover at JFK during an upcoming trip and was planning on spending it at the JFK Admirals club. I have been to both of the Admirals Clubs at JFK and if I recall, one is definitely better than the other. One was kind of small and crowded (I think it was on the 2nd floor?) and the other was large and spacious (this one was on the ground floor?). I am meeting a colleague in JFK (she is coming in on an earlier flight and then we are continuing on the same flight to LHR) and I want to have her wait for me at the Admirals Club but I want to make sure I direct her to the right one. Can anyone direct me to the better of the two?

Also, as an EP and since we are continuing onto an international flight, I have access to any of the F lounges. Does AA have a Flagship F lounge in JFK? Is there a 1W F lounge close by that we can visit that would be worth the trek?
