Here I am sitting in the MLL in YWG. My flight to YYZ is delayed 75 minutes due to mechanical problems in YYZ. The aircraft is inbound now. I am happy to report that I have been treated very well by staff and rebooked for a connecting flight with complimentary upgrade!
As for Microsoft, the future will tell if arrogance will take them down a notch or two in the software world. I guess my point in my last post is that treat the customer well and he/she keeps coming back. The limited competion has already eroded some AC market share in the Eastern triangle. A friend from AC tells me that the competition is making some inroad on the lucrative YWG-YYZ route. If customers defect one at a time, soon the drops of water will become a small flow and so on and so on.
That said, I will stay with AC as long as they recognize my loyal business with attention to the details and make my flying a bit easier.
