i agree....i would never walk from the oberoi to either the rasthrapati bhavan or the parliament....

if you have just a short time to see the city then i would suggest the taj mahal hotel....its best located for a quick tour of the city....

as yosithezet says, i would stay at the radisson unless i wanted to rack up some points & stay credit with one of the loyalty programs....the oberoi would be about an hour away from the airport on a friday afternoon....so would the taj mahal....the maurya & taj palace would be about a half hour away....you would have to leave for the airport around 1 in the afternoon for your flight so i don't think you would have time to explore the city....
