I was at the GRR Downtown Courtyard this week and the Internet in the evening was simply unusable - it was so slow and unreliable...

Then it got me thinking...maybe they can somehow have 2 networks in the hotels (and 2 pipes going out - or use some kind of network configuration to allocate different bandwidth). One for regular people and one for maybe elites or just higher level elites. I know it is probably not straightforward to do this but what is the point of having bad Internet frustrating the whole hotel.

The AAA rate at the hotel was $149/night - so, I would have expected a decent Internet.
