My bad you didn't specify which part of HK I assumed the airport. I do not know of any direct coach service from HK island to SZ. There are bus services but since it stops at several stops along the way the time taken will be very long. The fastest way I know of is to take the MTR to Luohu station and then the Shenzhen metro to whichever stop you want to go.
