Non-elites traveling on full Y can choose seats from row 6 to the exit row which are normally reserved for AS elites. Day of travel this wouldn't make any difference since they're up for grabs starting at the OLCI window anyway. There's a slim-to-none chance for an op-up if Y is oversold and you politely point out your full Y and AA elite status to a GA but I would think they'd take care of DL elites first since it's well known that AA gives butckus to AS elites.
