No reciprocal upgrades with AA as others have pointed out.

You could either earn your miles with AA and get your elite bonus, or if it is advantageous to you, you could earn Skymiles for the flight if for whatever reason you need to top off your DL account or extend expiration etc (but no Y bonus with DL either).
