Hmmm...I sent a letter (snail mail) along with photocopies of my UA Premier card and latest UA statement - got a letter confirming Gold status about one month later and credentials two weeks after that. May have helped that I was a former AA Gold who failed to requalify. (2000 lousy miles last year, but they still wanted me back).

Anyhow, I'm surprised if it's taken longer than than...I'd definitely follow up.
