Traveling strictly on the west coast my experience has been that when traveling with my daughter in a stroller we were never waved through. The only time we move to the head of the line is when we are with my husband who is in a wheelchair and that has only been at LAX because we had to use the elevator instead of the stairs/escalator like everyone else.
