No response to comp elite request - what next?
About a month ago I wrote Aadvantage (P.L. Sawyer, as directed by Aadvantage customer service) with a copy of my United 1K Mileage Plus statement requesting complimentary Gold or Platinum status based on my United 1K level and AA's new international flights from SJC. I've not gotten any response. What should I do now? I'd like to get status in time for an international trip my wife and I are taking next month...
