I'm flying in J, but is the premium terminal adeguate for these 13 hours wait?
What's the timing of the layover? I wouldn't spent all that time in the Premium terminal. If during the day, you can go out and see the city and when you get tired go to the Premium Terminal to eat and relax before your flight.

I'm not sure what kind of visa you'll need if you leave the airport.
