1. Decent wines. This means a decent dry sparkler, a racy white, an oaky/full white, a light red (pinot, rhone, etc.), a full-bodied red (bordeaux, cab, shiraz), and a dessert wine.
2. To go along with item #1, FAs with knowledge of what the f--k they are serving. If I hear "uhhh.. we have red and white" one more time I'm going to murder someone.
3. A nicely appointed lav, freshened up a couple of times during the flight, with absolutely no access by those in Y.
I agree and would add to that:
- a more elaborate amenity kit (mouthwash, face spray, shoe bag, etc.)
- real champagne
