1. Decent wines. This means a decent dry sparkler, a racy white, an oaky/full white, a light red (pinot, rhone, etc.), a full-bodied red (bordeaux, cab, shiraz), and a dessert wine.
2. To go along with item #1, FAs with knowledge of what they are serving. If I hear "uhhh.. we have red and white" one more time I'm going to murder someone.
3. A nicely appointed lav, freshened up a couple of times during the flight, with absolutely no access by those in Y.
4. Frequent service, bordering on doting, during the flight. I don't sleep on flights less than 8 hours long, so I expect my glass to be full and I don't want to have to roust a FA out of hibernation to get it.
5. Full-ear headsets that can be used both as noise-cancelling or with the AVOD. It's okay if they must be returned at the end of the flight. I don't expect to keep them. DL can partner with Bose to provide them or something.
