In any complaint, I would refrain from mentioning the subsequent delays due to weather, making casual friendly introductory comments about today's weather, using any word that sounds like "weather", saying anything that might sound like the word "weather" in some other language, etc.
for that matter, don't tell them if your name is heather, and don't inquire whether something can be done.
