1. Recognize that an overnight that departs at 5 p.m. has different needs than one that goes at 10 p.m.
If they're trying to stay competitive, anticipating that 10 p.m. flyers will want to eat and go to sleep ASAP (so the point about expedited meals) and then maybe have a more leisurely breakfast vs. 5 p.m. flyers who might want to be up awhile, then eat, then sleep till the second they get off the plane, isn't much of a stretch.

2. Seat upgrade if they're not going to lay-flat on everything.
If they're not upgrading to the flat beds all around, they need another option on the reclining seats. If you happen to be tall, it can be a downright uncomfortable way to try and sleep.

3. Actually clean between hauls.
I know they don't really clean anymore, but some people are just icky. If you can give a wipe down to BE, it goes a long way.

I agree with the better lounge experience. The SkyClubs are so glutted these days, they barely feel like an escape. In ATL now, especially in the B concourse, I don't even bother--unless I really need a drink.
