Restore the BusinessElite Concierge program.
Limo service in key gateway cities (like many European carriers offer) for full-fare BusinessElite passengers (i.e., J, C, but not D, or I).1) Improve the wines. A lot of supermarket stuff being served. Would prefer something a little bit better when sitting up front.
4) Barring pre-flight dining, something a bit better than the cold plate offerings for the expedited meal.
5) A food spread with sandwiches, wraps, etc available in the galley.
