I got one too, but only bought redemption tickets during the sale perod, so only paid taxes. I'm guessing it'll be off the base fare only, otherwise i could cancel my tickets and rebook and get 15% off the taxes!
Will go try a dummy booking and see what it says...
Edited to add: It doesn't even give you the option to enter the voucher code when doing a redemption booking...
