You won't, the system is probably still catching up. I think what happens is that you get to keep the 2for1 until the end of your card year and then if you haven't spent the money to get back up to 10k the voucher is withdrawn (bad news if you have a booking on it).

Although I'm not sure what happens if you get the voucher and take a flight before the year is up...
