I would like to share my experience with CX and DL status match.
CX match:
I sent an email to "
[email protected]" requesting status match with my Asiana Diamond (pdf of my profile and mileage information). They replied me back within 48 hours requesting a copy of my Asiana card and confirmed CX booking. Then I replied back with my membership card picture and my "proposed" CX itinerary. 48 hours later I am a CX Silver.
Just received my membership card and two very nice baggage tags (metallic casing with a plastic baggage tag insert) from CX (this takes around 3 weeks to arrive after my membership is upgraded).
DL match:
I sent an email to "
[email protected]" requesting status match with my Asiana Diamond (pdf of my profile and mileage information). No reply from them for about 3 weeks and when I checked my delta account last weekend my account says I am a Gold Medallion.
I am now waiting for my DL membership kit
