Well I have a printout of my itinerary dated from June, according to which it was BA 482 at 18:15. Not it is BA 488 at 19:15.
However, the good news is that at the 8. attempt (or so) I managed to get to speak to someone at the BA hotline - and guess what, they put me on the 16:20 flight at no extra charge. That's really cool.
BTW, there is a technical issue with the BA hotline. After the initial voice menu, the volume drops to a really low level. I experienced that several times with different phones. I had to put them on speaker phone and still the press the phone to my ear and hardly hearing them. Just if someone from BA customer service is following this thread, they might want to look into that. Not for me, but for other customers.
