i usually take a private car from the airport to the Regal Palace from hk airport, which is a couple of blocks from the sheraton. The private car is super expensive, trying to find alternative to this. thansk
Although you can find more information at the Hong Kong subforum I will attempt to help.

After you exit from HKIA immigrations and clear the customs there will be some counters selling either bus or limousine tickets next to a counter that sells MTR tickets. So you can choose from either a 7-seater MPV or regular tour coach. You should be able to buy either single or round trip tickets to most locations in SZ. If you intend to return get the round trip as they are cheaper.
