Uh, I've said twice that I know that it's not an entitlement, and I am not complaining -- just curious.

Once again, I understand that.

I am not asking whether one can expect an upgrade at a Hampton on a reward stay, but whether there is some corporate new rule that always disallows any upgrades on reward stays.
