Yes, you will be offered a pack with a filled english muffin, something like bacon and egg, salmon and creme cheese or something which will also contain a cup-let of orange juice. You will also be offered tea/coffee/water/juices from the trolly at the same time.

There will be a limited number of vegetarian packs available, so if you are seated near the back, and are of the non-meat eating variety, let the crew know before take off or the service starts.
