Good afternoon,

I received a $200 voucher after a significant flight delay last summer. For some reason, I can't find either the e-mail copy or the printed copy (we moved a few months ago).

I tried searching on the UA website, but couldn't seem to pull anything up including after doing a search their and on Flyertalk.

Any advice on how I can retrieve the voucher record?
