Non-reving is a perk....not a right. When I travel space available I am waaaaay under the radar. This is very different from deadheading or positive space travel.

Any seat inside the aircraft is great!

Example: Hubby and I were returning from CUN. On a vacation pass, we were listed in FC but cleared in coach. Just before the door closed I hear this page........******** party of two please bring your carryons and come forward........I am thinking "Oh goodie, we cleared for First!" Wrong!!!!!! The message was "get off!" There was a customer without a seat on board. It took the rest of the day to get out of CUN.

Another time it took hubby and me all day to get out of TPA.

These are just a few of the trials and tribulations of traveling SA.

As a non-rev I plan for these things.

That said, it is a fantastic perk that should be appreciated by all of us that have the it available.

If the GA or FA wants me to move for a paying customer it would be my pleasure. Just happy to have a seat.
