Over Christmas weekend the lines at Aria and Bellagio were at least a 2 hour wait. So I decided to go to Monte Carlo. No wait at all. Food not great but all I really wanted was a salad and prime rib. The carver was an extremely nice guy and carved a huge slice at the med-rare spot just for me so I tipped him a nickel and he was extremely gracious. I will say one thing though, the prime rib was definitely made well compared to the boil-in-a-bag they are now using at Mirage Carvings - yuck.
