Spice Market took a deep dive off the deep end over the past couple years.

I've found the quality at Wynn to be far superior to MGM's Bellagio. The only thing Bellagio has going for it is the inclusion of 'interesting' dishes like Venison, wild Goose and the like.

The last time I ate there, the shrimp and crab had shrunk, and were still encrusted with ice and frozen solid. Service quality was spotty as well. I never went back - been going to the Wynn exclusively ever since.
