Will residents of ON and BC buy flight passes before July 1, before HST is charged?

HST will be introduced in these 2 provinces on July 1. That will replace the GST. In ON, that means an increase of the flight pass costs by 8%, and in BC, the rate increase would be 7%.

Will everyone thinking of buying a flight pass in the summer, specifically (in those 2 provinces) try to buy it by June 30, at the latest?
