No kidding. I've been on many flights to and from IAH or EWR where the exits rows seem to be dominated by crew members. I always wondered if they timed it just right or used other means to secure the only decent seats in coach. Dead head or non-rev, it seems to me not right to take away the very limited, best seats from paying passengers ($50 or whatever for a domestic non-rev ticket doesn't quite meet the test for me). What other customer oriented service industry would allow their employees to do this?
