I feel so bad for the child. He must have been so embarrassed and confused. The poor little guy was sitting there having to hold it while this FA is giving his mom a hard time.

After his accident he probably felt so shameful and also very uncomfortable having to sit in wet clothes. To a child wetting themselves is horrifying.

I hope mom let the witch know that now they have to change the whole seat out because of her. Did you try speaking to the purser to see if he/she would let your son visit the restroom?

Was the airline sincere in their apology or were they appeasing you? I hope they reprimanded her but good.
