KVS, you say that KQ award inventory is available, but it's not. Even after going to the link you suggest for Method Information, it clearly states that the only award inventory showing is DL, KL, AF so pretty much just what delta.com shows. Both the online tool, and my computer tool do not display the W or D classes for KQ...can you please point out how I can see it as available as many people on here seem to have the same problem of not finding it. not the
[DLM: Awards/SkyTeam] Method, which you appear to be using
